Hi, I’m Jane & my ambition is for women to be represented across all sectors and at all levels across energy efficiency retrofit.
Having worked within energy efficiency for over 15 years, I am passionate about both the transition to net zero and reducing fuel poverty across the UK.
To do this we need to draw upon on a diverse range of skills, experience and knowledge; we need diversity of approach and ideas to enable us to develop innovative solutions.
The industry is facing an unprecedented skills shortage, the contribution of women within the industry and attracting women to join the industry has never been as crucial.
